Content arbitrage or ad arbitrage is a form of trading in the digital marketing space.
What you do is buy traffic on one end, and then resell the traffic on another in form of advertisements. Content arbitrage does require that you have a website or content/landing page. This is where you send traffic to, a specific content or landing page which you created. You create content, articles and or images and you’ve put some advertisement around that content.

So when a user goes to your landing page, they are being shown advertisement, which you hope will convert into dollars. For example, if you are buying traffic at $0.05 per click. Your goal is that you get $0.06 or more per click from the advertisement you have on your page. The video explains it better.
