Recently, Cisco Press asked me to take over their Instagram for a week. I wanted to give their followers some solid training, but Instagram videos can’t be longer than 60 seconds. So, I created a series of training videos, each of which were less than 60 seconds. This is one of those “In Less Than 60 Seconds” videos.

Specifically, in this video you’ll learn the purpose of each field in an Ethernet frame:
- Preamble
- Start-of-Field Delimiter
- Destination MAC
- Source MAC
- EtherType
- Data and Pad
- Frame Check Sequence (FCS)

If you enjoy this Cisco training video, you can get more of my videos (focusing on CCNA R/S, CCNP R/S, and CCIE R/S topics) by visiting: http://kwtrain.com/mcast
