Lemon Bundt Cake Recipe
Makes one 10” bundt cake

Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Juice of ½ lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk, room temperature
Zest of one lemon (about 1-2 tsp)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour a 10” bundt cake pan.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, beating after each addition, then add in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into egg mixture, beginning and ending with the dry. Stir in lemon zest and pour batter into bundt pan.
4. Bake for 60-70 min.

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar, mixing in one cup at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
