اجعل المدينة جميلة، واكبح جماح الفساد. قام ايدي راما بأخذ طريق ملتف بصفته رئيسا لبلدية تيرانا، ألبانيا، حيث غرس الفخر في مواطنيه من خلال تغيير الأماكن العامة بواسطة الألوان. مع مشاريع وضعت الناس في المقام الأول، استطاع راما خفض معدلات الجريمة — و اثبت لمواطنيه أنهم يستطيعون أن يثقوا في قادتهم.
