Butternut squash is always a winner in my book, but put it in a gratin and top it with mounds of cheese and it becomes just so ridiculously sweet. This dish work all year round, but it really shines on the colder days...enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1-2 butternut squash
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp picked rosemary
3-4 tbsp grated grana padano or parmesan
salt and pepper

Hazelnut topping:
1/2 cup diced, toasted bread
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp torn sage
