IOU-WEB: Adding pre-staged config baselines to a Lab Topology

While working through my CCIE studies I reached a point in the workbook where I didn't have the base-line configs pre-loaded.

Although I had all the running configs for the routers I couldn't figure out how to build a pre-staged base-line configs to work from in IOU-WEB.

I tried looking up the process to build a base-line online but the resources on the internet weren't very clear to me or were not in english.

This is my offering.

If you have a better way please let me know as this process can take a while if you're loading more than just a few configs.
